General Info

About me

I am a doctor in part because I had a scientific background during my upbringing . My mother, a biologist specialized in tropical diseases and my father an obstetrician gynecologist. The influence was evident.
I'm passionate about oncology because it is a branch of medicine, which is changing constantly. There are constant challenges to overcome an illness from which we still know very little, but every day we progress towards better treatments.
Faith and positivism are fundamental characteristics of human beings, to cope with this difficult disease.
